In order to satisfy the diverse needs of our customers, we offer a large range of options beyond stainless steel ductwork. For instance, we offer products in a variety of sizes beginning at 75mm. Our options for gauges range from 24 Gauge (0.55mm) to 18 Gauge (1.25) thickness.

In addition to providing all of these options, we ensure that you receive every component that you need from us. We offer a full range of standard and special design products. We can also supply you with all types of joining methods, including flanges, raw ends, and other accessories essential for ducting.

Galvanized steel is steel that comes with a zinc coating, this helps prevent corrosion and rust build-up. It is also versatile enough to allow for the design of different duct shapes as installation needs demand. Galvanized steel ducts also have Duct Wrap (outside Insulation), Nova hush (Inside Insulation) which insulates against noise.

HVAC or Duct flanges can be bolted to equipment to start a run of duct or used to create secure connections between two duct ends. They create this connection by mounting a flange to each and then joining the flanges. HVAC accessories include flanges, corners, cleats, and hanging systems. Corners allow duct sections to be secured together, helping to stabilize ductwork. Cleats are sleeves of steel that help securely assemble rectangular duct runs. Cable hanging systems provide safe and secure support for air handlers, condensers, and other HVAC components.

HVAC Designing

One of the most important parts of a commercial HVAC system is the balancing act between design and efficiency. A properly functioning HVAC system is essential for industrial/household facilities because it helps to maintain indoor air quality and comfortable temperatures. Industrial facilities are often large, complex buildings with many different rooms and areas that need to be kept at specific temperatures and humidity levels.

Utilizing CAD software enables you to have a comprehensive understanding of the project at hand by providing realistic visualizations of your HVAC design. It assists in making smarter decisions about material selection and installation while ensuring optimal performance for the final result.
